Hydration Station Warranty Service
The Hydration Station carries a 1-year parts and labor warranty. All warranty services of our patented Hydration Station are performed at our factory in Sugar Land, TX, a suburb of Houston, TX. Customers must ship the Hydration Station to our factory freight pre-paid. Wisstech Enterprises will then return the machine freight pre-paid. Warranty service is rare in our shop, so when we receive a request for warranty service, we expedite the work for quick shipment. We prioritize warranty service for first-in, first-out so our customers' Hydration Stations are promptly returned to them.
Please contact us prior to returning a machine for warranty service. You must receive a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA) prior to shipping the machine. All warranty repairs without an RMA number will be refused.
